Use this insight to inform strategic decisions and identify opportunities for growth and innovation. - Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with our marketing, product, and compliance teams to ensure aligned and cohesive strategies that support our business objectives and comply with Indonesian regulations. - Brand Ambassador: Represent our exchange at industry events, conferences, and in various media within Indonesia. Your ability to articulate our value proposition and vision in both English and Bahasa Indonesia will be critical in establishing us as a leader in the space.

- Possesses a deep understanding of the cryptocurrency and blockchain industry, particularly in the context of derivatives trading, with a focus on the Indian market. - Fluent in both English and Hindi, with exceptional negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills. - Demonstrates a proven track record of developing strategic partnerships and engaging with influencers or key opinion leaders, preferably within the cryptocurrency sector. - Has previous experience working with crypto exchanges, with a strong understanding of local crypto regulations in India. - Is adaptable and thrives in a fast-paced, evolving industry landscape. - Shows a strong strategic and analytical mindset, capable of understanding complex products and market dynamics. - Is comfortable working in a cross-cultural and cross-functional environment.
