Business Development Lead

1. Responsible for expanding the customer base in the Middle East market (Iran, Pakistan), capturing and developing business development strategies according to trends; 2. Develop resources of KOLs/Influencers in Japan or relevant partners to facilitate business expansion; 3. Maintain existing users and current partnerships; 4. Collaborate and promote with potential investors or investment organizations to expand and develop the business.

1. Have experience in business management in other cryptocurrency exchanges or related blockchain companies; 2. Have a good relationship with KOLs and communities in the crypto market; 3. Prefer Iranian/Parkistani native speakers with good English or Mandarin (BIG PLUS) skills; 4. Possess strong communication and sales skills; 5. Prioritize experienced cryptocurrency traders; 6. Work diligently and can handle KPI pressure.
