Operations Specialist

1. Manage and maintain existing KOL channels, promoting stable growth of these channels. 2. Follow up on feedback and needs from channel partners, promptly resolve issues and handle complaints to maintain good cooperation. 3. Assist in the planning, execution, and supervision of channel promotion activities, including online and offline events. 4. Coordinate internal team resources to support smooth channel operations.

1. Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Marketing, Business Management, or related fields. 2. More than 2 years of experience in sales channel operations or market promotion, with preference given to candidates with experience in the internet/e-commerce industry. 3. Strong communication skills and team spirit, with the ability to effectively coordinate internal and external resources to drive project progress. 4. Strong data analysis and logical thinking skills, with proficiency in using Excel functions and other tools. 5. Living in European country, familiar with European Cryptocurrency KOL Channel
