Community Manager

- Content Creation: Develop and post engaging content on Twitter and Telegram to keep the community informed and excited about ongoing developments. - Community Engagement: Actively engage with community members across different Twitter and Telegram channels, responding to inquiries, fostering discussions, and building strong relationships. - Community Growth: Strategically grow the community organically by building strong relationships, encouraging word-of-mouth promotion, and fostering a sense of belonging among members. - Event Coordination: Plan and execute events that captivate the community’s interest, encouraging active participation and repeat engagement. - Weekly AMAs: Host and moderate weekly Ask Me Anything (AMA) sessions, ensuring a smooth and informative experience for participants. - Discord Management: Oversee the management of Discord channels, ensuring a positive and organized environment for community interaction. - Environment Building: Create and maintain a space where community members feel welcome, respected, and motivated to return. - Feedback Collection: Gather and report community feedback, providing insights to the team for continuous improvement.

- Proven experience as a Community Manager, particularly in Web 3 communities. - Strong English communication skills, with the ability to write and speak clearly and effectively. - Demonstrated experience managing and growing Discord channels in a Web 3 context. - Creative and strategic thinking with a passion for building and engaging communities. - Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects. - A proactive and positive attitude, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
