-Lead the expansion and business negotiations of high-quality projects within the current Web3 ecosystem. -Build and maintain a network of high-quality project resources and contacts within the Web3 industry to support the company's business development. -Represent the company at various industry events such as AMAs, forums, and summits to enhance the company's brand awareness. -Candidates with resources in AI and Solana-related projects will be given priority.

-Over 2 years of experience in business development or related fields, with a deep understanding of the Web3 industry ecosystem. -Possess high-quality project resources in the Web3 field, with a profound understanding of the industry and strong market insight. -Preferably a native English speaker or a fluent English-speaking Chinese, capable of conducting international business negotiations and client communications smoothly. -Excellent communication and coordination skills, with strong stress resistance. -Proactive and positive work attitude, adept at identifying and seizing business opportunities, with strong execution capabilities.
