Encourage meaningful discussions and provide valuable insights to create a vibrant community. 3. Utilize data and analytics to track progress and make informed decisions for growth. 4. Monitor and moderate discussions to ensure they adhere to community guidelines and standards. 5. Gather and analyze feedback from the community to provide insights for product improvements or marketing strategies.

职位要求

1. Proven experience managing online communities such as telegram, discord, etc. 2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 3. Knowledge of community management best practices and social media trends. 4. Flexible work attitude 5. Adaptable, fast learner
