Bachelor degree or above in human resources management, psychology and other related majors are preferred More than 2 years of recruitment experience in fintech or web 3 Have good communication skills, organization and coordination skills, and team spirit Familiar with the recruitment process and have good interview skills and talent assessment capabilities Have keen insight into the market talent situation and be able to flexibly respond to recruitment challenges Applicants who are proficient in using Office software and have experience in using recruitment management systems will be given priority Able to converse in Chinese and English and work in alternate Saturday Based in Malaysia
