Senior Marketing Manager/Community Manager

- Responsible for the daily operation of overseas media platforms, including but not limited to Twitter, Telegram, Discord, to ensure efficient and accurate social communications. - Responsible for the management and operation of the community, to ensure the activities of the community, and improve the user retention rate and growth rate. - Responsible for the organization and planning of community activities, including but not limited to AMA, Twitter Space, offline activities, to improve user activation and number of fans, and establish a great external brand publicity image. - Assist in contacting KOLs, to develop and maintain overseas media PR and KOL resources. - Keep tracking of latest social media trends and industry PR trends.

- Bachelor degree or above, and good English and Mandarin skills, both spoken and written, with at least 2 years experience in marketing, community or operation in the Web3 industry. - Rich experienced in overseas community/content operation, and familiar with new media platform promotion skills and operation rules. - Familiar with one specific direction of Web3, and good at psychological analysis, community atmosphere building and activity operation. - Good logic, communication and teamwork skills, and able to release relevant content and activities during English-speaking countries' working hours. - Results oriented and self motivated with good summary and feedback/review ability. Bonus points: - Passionate in Web3 Defi projects, such as funds, quant, staking. - Familiar with video editing and production. - Expertise in hot topic tracking and topic selection. - Successful experience in user growth.
