Senior Graphic Designer (DeFi UI/UX Designer))

We are looking for a senior UI /UX designer with creativity and commitment to build user experience for the next generation of DeFi project management platforms. You will be directly involved in early product decision making, establishing product design language systems, and ensuring design quality from concept to delivery. Welcome to join Lorenzo Protocol! - Responsible for product design and research, independent user research and competitive product analysis, in-depth understanding of user needs and market trends. - Lead user interface design, establish unique product design language and visual style. - Develop and maintain complete UI design specifications to ensure the consistency of product visual experience. - Participate in early product decision making and provide professional advice from the perspective of user experience. - Responsible for the design of complete user interfaces, including but not limited to fund display, asset management, data visualization and other core functions. - Responsible for designing detailed interaction effects to improve product experience. - Establish a complete component library and design system. - Participate in brand visual design to ensure the uniqueness and professionalism of the product image. - Follow up the whole design implementation to ensure that every detail is accurate. - Work closely with the development team to ensure the feasibility and reducibility of the design scheme. - Continuously optimize the user experience of existing features.

- Bachelor degree or above, with more than 5 years of UI/UX design experience, at least 2 years of Blockchain/DeFi/Web3 product design experience. - Have solid research and analysis ability of competitive products; In-depth understanding of Defi financial products, especially DeFi product mechanisms. - Proficient in Figma and other design tools, able to establish a complete design system, with excellent visual design ability, able to create a unique design style. - With dynamic effect design ability, able to design smooth interactive animation. - Deeply understand EVM ecology (especially Ethereum, BNB Chain), understand Sui, Solana and other emerging public chain ecology, and continue to pay attention to the development trend and innovative design of DeFi products. - Fluent in English, both reading and writing, and is able to independently study and analyze English product documents. - Strong sense of responsibility and self-drive, good communication skills, able to clearly express design concepts and decisions, and able to proactively discover and solve problems. - Extreme pursuit of design details, not satisfied with mediocre solutions, independent thinking ability, able to question and optimize existing processes. - Great teamwork and with high empathy, which can deeply understand users' pain points and provide innovative solutions.
