职位描述

1. Responsible for receiving user's consultation and answering user's doubts through online customer service tools; 2. Feedback the problems existing in the use process of users in a timely manner, and do a good job in collecting and sorting out problems; 3. Proficient in English and Mandarin; 4. Strong business sensitivity, able to master basic business after receiving training. Financial related knowledge and experience is preferred; 5. Think about daily work, be good at discovering obstacles in user experience, mining user requests, and promoting problem solving and process optimization; 6. Able to work onsite(base in Kuala Lumpur).

1. Proficient in English and Mandarin; 2. Good logical thinking ability, can judge the real needs of users; 3. Passionate about Client Server, responsible for customer experience, and able to provide comprehensive problem solutions; 4. Effectively adjust communication methods and styles according to different objects; 5. Have self-management ability and be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment that is constantly changing; 6. Have good learning ability, good at discovery and self-summary; 7. Experience in providing support to customers, including telephone, email, ticket, and online chat services; 8. Good at communication, good expression ability, strong affinity, hard-working, good pressure bearing ability. 9. Familiar with Futures trading and Spot Trading.
