Listing Manager

1、海外交易所合作管理：负责对接全球主流及潜力加密货币交易所（如 Binance, Coinbase, OKX 等），主导 Token 上所全流程（包括申请材料筹备、合规沟通、上所谈判、上线后运营协同），确保上所目标高效达成； Overseas Exchange Partnership Management: Connect with mainstream and potential global crypto exchanges (e.g., Binance, Coinbase, OKX), lead the end-to-end token listing process (including preparation of application materials, compliance communication, listing negotiations, and post-listing operation coordination) to ensure the efficient achievement of listing goals. 2、海外商务关系拓展：制定海外市场 BD 策略，主动挖掘并拓展交易所、做市商、区块链项目方、行业协会等生态伙伴资源，建立长期稳定的合作网络，为业务拓展提供资源支撑；​ Overseas Business Relationship Expansion: Develop overseas market BD strategies, proactively explore and expand ecosystem partner resources such as exchanges, market makers, blockchain project parties, and industry associations, and establish a long-term and stable cooperation network to provide resource support for business expansion. 3、市场需求与竞品分析：跟踪海外 Crypto 市场动态、政策法规变化及竞品动作（尤其是竞品上所策略、合作模式），输出分析报告，为公司产品迭代、上所决策及 BD 策略优化提供数据支持；​ Market Demand & Competitor Analysis: Track overseas Crypto market trends, changes in policies and regulations, and competitor actions (especially competitor listing strategies and cooperation models), output analysis reports, and provide data support for the company's product iteration, listing decisions, and BD strategy optimization.

1、学历与经验：本科及以上学历，3 年以上 Crypto / 区块链行业海外 BD 经验，至少主导过 1-2 个完整的 Token 上交易所项目（需提供可验证案例），熟悉主流交易所上所规则（如 Binance Launchpad, Coinbase Asset Listing Criteria 等）；​ Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree or above, with over 3 years of overseas BD experience in the Crypto/blockchain industry. At least led 1-2 complete token listing projects on exchanges (verifiable cases required), familiar with listing rules of mainstream exchanges (e.g., Binance Launchpad, Coinbase Asset Listing Criteria). 2、资源与能力：具备全球主流交易所（头部及二线）、做市商、海外机构客户等核心资源者优先；优秀的跨文化沟通能力与商务谈判技巧，能熟练使用英文作为工作语言（听说读写流利）；​ Resources & Abilities: Priority given to candidates with core resources such as global mainstream exchanges (top-tier and second-tier), market makers, and overseas institutional clients; excellent cross-cultural communication skills and business negotiation skills, proficient in using English as the working language (fluent in listening, speaking, reading, and writing). 3、专业认知：深刻理解 Crypto 行业生态（包括公链、DeFi、NFT、Web3 等细分领域），熟悉海外 Crypto 监管政策（如美国 SEC、欧盟 MiCA 法规等），能准确判断市场风险与合作机会；​ Professional Cognition: Deep understanding of the Crypto industry ecosystem (including public chains, DeFi, NFT, Web3 and other segments), familiar with overseas Crypto regulatory policies (e.g., US SEC, EU MiCA regulations), and able to accurately judge market risks and cooperation opportunities.
