Business Development Lead

Job Responsibilities: 1. Develop, cultivate, and strengthen partnerships with industry KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders) and distribution channels. 2. Actively promote brand policies, acquire new user groups, and enhance brand awareness. 3. Assist in identifying market trends and opportunities to support business growth. 4. Proactively negotiate and facilitate the launch of projects. 5.Connect with mainstream and potential global crypto exchanges (e.g., Binance, Coinbase, OKX), lead the end-to-end token listing process (including preparation of application materials, compliance communication, listing negotiations, and post-listing operation coordination) to ensure the efficient achievement of listing goals. 6.Develop overseas market BD strategies, proactively explore and expand ecosystem partner resources such as exchanges, market makers, blockchain project parties, and industry associations, and establish a long-term and stable cooperation network to provide resource support for business expansion. 7.Track overseas Crypto market trends, changes in policies and regulations, and competitor actions (especially competitor listing strategies and cooperation models), output analysis reports, and provide data support for the company's product iteration, listing decisions, and BD strategy optimization.

Job Requirements: 1. Possess experience in business development, especially with KOLs, and excellent communication skills in both English (IELTS score of 7or above) and Mandarin. 2. Preferred experience in coordinating and developing relationships with financial institutions (such as banks, well-known investment firms, or exchanges). 3. Have extensive network resources within the blockchain industry. 4. Demonstrate strong self-management skills and a keen sense of performance targets. 5. Exhibit excellent teamwork spirit, be responsible and diligent in work, proactive in learning, good at communication, and have strong execution capabilities.
