Content Marketer

Responsibilities: •Content & Messaging -Draft, edit, and proofread email content including product announcements, campaigns, newsletters, and compliance notices. -Maintain brand tone, clarity, and professionalism across all email communications. -Create subject lines, CTAs, and layouts optimized for engagement. •Localization & QA -Coordinate with translators/localization teams to ensure multilingual accuracy. -Perform thorough checks on layout, personalization, links, and language before every send. -Prevent and correct system errors in email recognition and translation. •Execution & Operations. -Manage the full sending process through email/CRM tools (Mailchimp, Braze, HubSpot, or internal system). -Segment audiences and set up automated or scheduled email campaigns. -Conduct A/B testing to improve engagement and conversions. •Analytics & Optimization -Track and analyze performance metrics (open rates, CTR, conversions). -Provide regular reports and recommend improvements. -Stay current with email marketing trends, deliverability best practices, and compliance rules (GDPR, CAN-SPAM).

Requirements: •Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field. •2–4 years’ experience in email marketing or content creation. •Strong writing/editing skills with attention to detail. •Hands-on experience with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, Braze, HubSpot, etc.). •Knowledge of email deliverability and QA testing. •Ability to work cross-functionally and meet deadlines. •Proficiency in Mandarin and English
