Community Manager

- Manage and expand our community presence on Discord and Telegram. - Create educational content and moderate discussions to maintain an active and well-informed community. - Establish and cultivate relationships with community members, addressing their inquiries and concerns. - Organize and coordinate community events, webinars, and AMAs (Ask Me Anything) sessions. - Manage our team of moderators and ambassadors, ensuring high levels of engagement. - Provide regular reports and insights on community engagement and sentiment to relevant teams. - Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities. - Organize and attend real-life events and serve as a public spokesperson for zkLink.

- Strong understanding of community management and effective community engagement strategies. - Demonstrate expert level at managing, configuring, and securing Discord. - Ability to analyze data and trends to drive community growth. - Proactive and innovative mindset with the ability to think creatively. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Fluent in both written and spoken English.
