- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in testing trading platforms, particularly CLOB systems.
- Strong knowledge of financial markets and trading operations.
- Proficiency in test automation tools and scripting languages.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with distributed systems and understanding of scalability and performance concerns.
- Excellent communication skills to interface with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
