-Proficiency in English: Excellent written and spoken English for effective communication. -Web3 Knowledge: A solid understanding of the web3 space with a keen insight into its evolving landscape. -Social Media Savvy: Familiarity with social media engagement strategies and the ability to analyze performance metrics. -Organizational Skills: Highly organized and adaptive, with a proven ability to collaborate within a team to achieve excellent results. -Work Environment: This is a 100% remote position with flexible working hours. -Project Coordination: Ability to coordinate and collect information regarding marketing campaigns and community giveaways. -Communication Skills: Strong communication skills to ensure that all interactions with our community reflect our brand voice, particularly when responding to support queries and enhancing user experience. -Platform Proficiency: Experienced with Discord and Zealy ideally with a background in community management or as a Discord moderator.
