Morph is looking for an Head of Ecosystem to grow our ecosystem. This leader will be responsible for establishing and growing communities of early adopters for products on top of our network, and nurturing a community of people who are keen to see Morph’s overall adoption grow. You will be working closely with leadership, and other leaders within Morph to define our external image and tone.

- Conduct market research and collaborate with leadership and product teams to develop Morph’s ecosystem growth strategy
- Identify and onboard strategic partners to expand the reach and capabilities of our ecosystem.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to produce relevant ecosystem focused content and scale the community experience to increase awareness and engagement
- Oversee our external and internal (online and offline) events efforts, and ensure events strategy is aligned with our ecosystem efforts
- Coordinate with the product and partnerships team to drive ecosystem expansion in line with product and integrations roadmap
- Align internal teams to provide technical support to strategic ecosystem projects and ensure partners’ feedback is incorporated into the product roadmap
- Build relationships with ecosystem investors and strategic partners to support ecosystem projects with fundraising, product development, and go to market efforts
- Define and track KPIs and metrics for acquisition funnel and ecosystem success
