Recruiter

1. Responsible for the recruitment of various positions in the company, including but not limited to job Posting, resume screening, interview arrangement and candidate communication. 2. Deeply understand and analyze the company's recruitment needs, and formulate corresponding recruitment strategies and plans. 3. Proactively search for and attract talented people through various channels (such as LinkedIn, recruitment websites, headhunters, etc.). 4. Maintain and update the company's talent pool to ensure efficient candidate management. 5. Assist in recruitment data analysis and reporting to support the company's HR strategy. 6. Participate in employer brand building activities to enhance the company's influence and attractiveness in the industry. 7. Coordinate and optimize recruitment process to improve recruitment efficiency and candidate experience.

1. Bachelor degree or above, major in human resource management, business administration or related is preferred. 2. More than 2 years recruitment experience, Web3 industry recruitment experience is preferred. 3. Excellent English skills, able to communicate both written and oral as a working language. 4. Familiar with various recruitment channels and tools, with strong candidate search and screening capabilities. 5. Excellent communication and coordination skills, able to maintain good cooperative relations with various departments. 6. Have strong data analysis ability and problem solving ability, and can make improvement suggestions according to recruitment data. 7. Have a high sense of responsibility and team work spirit, able to work in a fast-paced environment.
