Compliance and Security: * Ensure all crypto payment operations comply with relevant regulations and industry standards. * Collaborate with the legal and compliance teams to address regulatory requirements and security protocols. Market Analysis: * Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in the cryptocurrency market. * Conduct competitive analysis to identify opportunities for product enhancements and market expansion. Reporting and Analysis: * Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success. * Prepare regular reports for senior management, providing insights and recommendations for improvements.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in product operations, preferably in the crypto or fintech industry. Strong understanding of cryptocurrency and blockchain technology. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in project management tools and software. Preferred Skills: Experience with crypto payment systems and platforms.
