Junior Product Manager

1. Product Management: * Manage the entire lifecycle of the new crypto payment product, from concept to launch and optimization. * Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap. * Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to drive product development and launch. 2. Market Research and Analysis: * Conduct market research and user needs analysis to identify opportunities. * Analyze competitor products and develop differentiation strategies. 3. User Experience and Feedback: * Design and optimize user experience. * Gather user feedback and continuously improve the product. 4. Partnership Management: * Maintain and expand relationships with major exchanges and brokerage accounts. * Negotiate partnership terms to ensure mutual benefits. 5. Product Promotion and Marketing: * Develop and execute product promotion and marketing strategies. * Organize and participate in industry events to enhance brand influence.

Education: * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Finance, Marketing, or related field. MBA is preferred. Experience: * At least 5 years of product management experience, preferably in cryptocurrency or fintech. * Proven experience managing and launching complex products. Skills and Abilities: * Deep understanding of cryptocurrency and blockchain technology. * Excellent communication and collaboration skills. * Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. * Innovative thinking to identify market trends and translate them into product opportunities. Language Skills: * Fluent in English and Mandarin.
