Growth Manager

1, Develop and execute strategies to increase the TVL of our stablecoin. 2, Identify and cultivate relationships with key clients, including but not limited to quantitative trading firm, hedge funds, wealth management firms, and high-net-worth individuals. 3, Collaborate with internal teams to create tailored solutions and offerings that meet the needs of high-value clients. 4, Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth. 5, Provide insights and recommendations to enhance our product offerings and market positioning. 6, Develop and manage a robust pipeline of business development opportunities. 7, Participate in industry events and conferences to promote our stablecoin and expand our network. 8, Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients and stakeholders.

1, Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field. MBA is a plus. 2, Proven experience in business development, preferably in the cryptocurrency exchange or financial services industry. 3, Strong network within the crypto industry, particularly with institutional clients, wealth management products, and high-net-worth individuals. 4, Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. 5, Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities. 6, Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret market data and trends. 7, Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team. 8, Passion for blockchain technology and the cryptocurrency industry.
