WSPN Ambassador (Business Development & Partnerships) | WSPN大师（业务发展及生态关系） Responsibilities | 职责 Identify and engage potential partners to drive the adoption of our financial platform, focusing on financial institutions (FIs), corporates, and businesses worldwide. 识别并接洽潜在合作伙伴，推动我们的金融平台在全球金融机构、企业和各类商业组织中的应用。 Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers to expand strategic partnerships. 建立并维护与关键利益相关者及决策者的紧密关系，拓展战略合作伙伴关系。 Develop compelling partnership proposals and lead negotiations to establish mutually beneficial agreements. 制定具有吸引力的合作方案，并主导谈判，达成互惠互利的合作协议。 Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless partner onboarding, technical integration, and ongoing operational success. 与内部团队紧密合作，确保合作伙伴顺利入驻，实现技术对接，并推动业务持续成功。 Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to identify new business opportunities. 关注市场趋势、竞争对手动态和新兴技术，发掘新的商业机会。

Extensive experience in business development and partnerships within financial services, payments, or fintech-related industries. 在金融服务、支付或金融科技相关行业具有丰富的业务拓展和合作经验。 Deep expertise in payments and Web3.0, with a strong understanding of blockchain-based financial solutions. 深入了解支付和 Web3.0 领域，对基于区块链的金融解决方案有深厚的专业知识。 Experience in cryptocurrency on/off-ramp solutions is a plus. 具备加密货币出入金（on/off-ramp）解决方案经验者优先。 Proven track record in commercializing and operationalizing innovative business models and fintech solutions. 具备成功推动创新商业模式及金融科技解决方案落地和商业化的经验。 Strong analytical skills, with the ability to derive insights from data and identify business opportunities. 具备出色的分析能力，能够从数据中提炼洞察并发现商业机会。
