Liquidity Strategy Management

1. Assist in developing and optimizing liquidity management strategies to ensure adequate funding, smooth transactions, and market price stability. 2. Monitor the performance of stablecoins across various exchanges and platforms, analyze price fluctuations, trading volumes, and order book depth, and assist in making strategic adjustments. 3. Manage fund allocation across different platforms (both centralized and decentralized) to ensure sufficient liquidity and maximize capital efficiency. 4. Collaborate with liquidity providers, market makers, and other partners to ensure stable liquidity supply and optimize transaction fee structures. 5. Identify and assess liquidity risks, assist in developing contingency plans, and mitigate potential liquidity crises or abnormal market fluctuations. 6. Assist in preparing financial reports and data analysis for liquidity management, providing updates to management on liquidity operations. 7. Stay updated on the latest technology trends in blockchain and DeFi, evaluate their impact on liquidity management, and suggest innovative solutions. 8. Work closely with product, technology, compliance, and legal teams to ensure that liquidity management measures align with the company’s overall business development and regulatory requirements.

1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field. A background in Financial Engineering, Blockchain Technology, or Quantitative Analysis is a plus. 2. At least 1 year of experience in liquidity management or a related role in financial markets, asset management, market making, or cryptocurrency exchanges. Hands-on experience in blockchain or DeFi is preferred. 3. Familiarity with market microstructure, understanding of market-making algorithms, liquidity pools, and arbitrage trading tools and techniques. 4. Knowledge of financial products (e.g., derivatives, leverage, lending) and the ability to assist in implementing liquidity optimization strategies. 5. Proficient in using tools like Excel, Python, R, or other data analysis software for market analysis and modeling. Knowledge of quantitative trading strategies and risk management models is an advantage. 6. Strong risk awareness and ability to identify and respond to market volatility and liquidity shortages. 7. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners. 8. A deep understanding of blockchain technology, stablecoin markets, and DeFi trends, with the ability to quickly adapt to industry changes and emerging technologies. 9. Fluency in both English and Chinese, with strong written and verbal communication skills to work with cross-border teams and partners.
