Job description: 1. Develop and execute the Japan business development strategy to drive user acquisition, increase market penetration, and meet or exceed revenue targets. 2. Identify and engage with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) across various industries, including finance, technology, and media, to establish strategic partnerships and expand our brand influence. 3. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions, establishing and maintaining a strong presence in the Japan cryptocurrency community. 4. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory developments, and emerging technologies in the cryptocurrency space, and leverage this knowledge to drive business growth and innovation.

· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA or equivalent is a plus. · Proven experience as a BD or a similar role in the financial or technology industry, preferably within the cryptocurrency sector. · Strong understanding of the Japan cryptocurrency market, regulatory landscape, and emerging trends. · Demonstrated success in building and managing strategic partnerships with Key · Opinion Leaders (KOLs) or influential individuals. · Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with stakeholders at all levels. · Proactive, self-driven, and results-oriented, with a track record of delivering business growth and exceeding targets. · Fluency in English is required, and proficiency in Japanese languages is highly desirable.
