Legal Counsel

-Support overseas web3 payment business, review and draft relevant English agreements, update agreement templates, coordinate with business departments to communicate with project parties; - Drafting and updating of legal provisions and other personnel and other related agreements; - Conduct overseas business compliance research or other legal research; - Assist overseas companies in setting up, changing and other related corporate governance matters; - Docking with overseas and domestic intermediaries or law firms; -Complete other legal work assigned by the leader.

-1-3 years of foreign legal work experience (web3 payment /fintech industry experience is preferred); - Good command of English; Bachelor degree or above in law; - Strong learning ability and work autonomy, - Good communication and execution skills.
